Registration for the 2015 National Conference
Online registration is now closed. Please download the PDF form, complete it, and bring it with you to register onsite.
If you wish to add something to an existing registration, you will need to do that onsite at the ACA Registration desk.
Online Conference Registration
To register for the 2015 ACA National Conference, click the "Register Online" button at the bottom of the page and login in with your email address or ACA member/customer number. If you do not remember log-in id and/or password, you will find instructions on retrieving your log-in information.
Our online registration form has multiple benefits
- Your contact and account information will already be entered into the registration form.
- Your registration will be processed at the appropriate member/non-member registration fee.
- You will know almost immediately that your registration has been processed and will receive a confirmation/receipt via e-mail.
It pays to be an individual member
When you become a member, your full membership fee plus the member rate for conference registration is still $25 less than the nonmember rate for conference registration. Full Registration Fee Includes: Ticketed events (Grand Exhibit Hall Reception, Thursday Exhibit Hall Lunch, Closing Lunch), general exhibit hall pass, educational workshops, general sessions, and program book.
* Paid Daily registration includes ticketed events for that day.
* Kindred events can be added to all registrations.
Free conference registration for ACA Student members**.
Must be full-time student, and a copy of your current student I.D. must be submitted with your registration form. The free registration includes educational session and exhibits only. DOES NOT INCLUDE MEALS OR TICKETED EVENTS. Students can attend the keynote sessions after the meals have been served. A ticket is required to attend the Exhibit Hall Reception on Wednesday, but students will have entry to the Exhibit Hall on Thursday. Tickets can be purchased at time of registration or onsite based on availability.
Deeply discounted conference registration for Student Non-members includes**: Ticketed events (Grand Exhibit Hall Reception, Thursday Exhibit Hall Lunch, & Closing Lunch), general exhibit hall pass, educational workshops, general sessions, and program book. Must be full-time student, and a copy of your current student I.D. must be submitted with your registration form.
**Speaker registration, daily registration, and student registration is not available online. Please use the downloadable form below.
CANCELLATION POLICY — There is a $40 fee for all cancellations postmarked BEFORE 01/2/15 and a $200 fee for all cancellations postmarked AFTER 01/2/15. No-shows are not refundable. PHONE CANCELLATIONS ARE NOT ACCEPTED. Written copy of the cancellation is required and can be faxed or mailed.
